Sean P. Ruhmann

Sean Ruhmann is a member of TA Realty’s portfolio management team and is responsible for overseeing the achievement of the goals and objectives for certain of the Firm’s investment vehicles through active management and monitoring of portfolio assets, acquisition and disposition activity, leverage levels, and distributions. He joined the Firm in 2016 and is a member of the Investment Committee.
