TA Realty was founded over 40 years ago, with a sole and rigorous focus on real estate investment.

Our philosophy has not changed, and as we continue to grow our product suite and our national portfolio, we remain committed to our entrepreneurial spirit and focused approach to investing.

TA Realty was founded in Boston, Massachusetts

1987

Initial closing of first of 13 value-add closed-end commingled strategies

1992

First separate account mandate

2015

Commences strategic partnership with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.

2018

Launches first core open-end strategy

2020

Core open-end strategy joins NCREIF Fund Index Open-Ended Diversified Core Equity (ODCE)

2021

Launches first sector specific core-plus open-end strategy

Acquires first digital real estate asset
