Jacob P. Maliel

Jake Maliel is a member of TA Realty’s portfolio management team and is responsible for overseeing the achievement of the goals and objectives for certain of the Firm’s investment vehicles through active management and monitoring of portfolio assets, acquisition and disposition activity, leverage levels, and distributions. He has been with the Firm since 2013 and previously spent four years in Asset Management.
