Cristina M. McElhinney

Cristina McElhinney is a member of TA Realty’s portfolio management team and is responsible for overseeing the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Fund through active management and monitoring of portfolio assets, acquisition and disposition activity and leverage levels.  Cristina joined TA Realty in 2016 and during her tenure at the Firm has worked as an assistant portfolio manager and as a member of TA Realty’s asset management team, responsible for overseeing the implementation of business plans developed at acquisition, including management, marketing, repositioning, development and/or leasing of assets across all Firm strategies.
